Toronto Pet ID products include an activated NFC smart tag and an online pet profile service. Because activation and setup begin immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase
- NFC tags are activated shortly after checkout
- Once activated, the tag and profile cannot be returned or refunded
- Annual profile fees are non-refundable
- Used or activated tags are not eligible for return
Defective or Damaged Tags
If your tag arrives defective or does not scan properly:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will verify the issue
- A replacement tag will be sent at no additional cost
What Is Not Eligible
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders
- Lost or stolen tags
- Damage caused by misuse
- Failure to read product details before purchase
