Create your pet’s secure online profile first. After registration, you can order your NFC tag, which will be prepared and linked to the profile by our team. If your pet is ever lost, anyone who finds them can tap the tag and contact you instantly.

Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete the registration form with your details and your pet’s information. Once we receive the form, our team will create your pet’s secure online profile within 24 hours.

Step 2: Purchase Your Smart NFC Tag

After submitting the form, choose and purchase your TPI NFC tag. The tag requires no app, no battery, and no charging.

Step 3: Tag Delivery & Profile Connection

You will receive your ready-to-use NFC Smart Tag by Canada Post. Our team will securely connect the tag to your pet’s private profile. The profile is only shown when someone taps the tag, and it will be active as soon as the tag arrives.

Step 4: Update Anytime

If your phone number or details change, simply submit the registration form again. Our team will update your pet’s profile for you at no extra cost. The same tag will continue to work.
